Gary L. Edgar is a state licensed Real Estate Appraiser
and a lifetime resident of Macomb County. He has been
a full-time, licensed, FHA approved Residential Fee Appraiser,
since May 1997. Gary has completed, assisted, and reviewed
more than 8000 appraisals to date including:
• single family
• detached dwellings
• condominiums
• planned unit developments
• 2-4 family income properties.
Gary has experience in single family income properties
including Operating and Income Statements and Rent Comparable
Schedules. Assignments have covered Wayne, Oakland, Macomb,
and St. Clair Counties. Gary is president of G.E. Appraisal
Service, LLC., also working with Synergy Appraisal of
Denver, CO. Previous to starting his G.E. Appraisal Gary
worked for Smith & Associates Real Estate Appraisers
Inc. in Hartland, MI and First Choice Appraisal Service,
Inc. in Warren, MI.
Gary is well qualified in residential home appraisals,
taking numerous courses to ensure G.E. Appraisal clients
receive the most accurate appraisals possible. Below is

System. Gary also attended Macomb Community College and
College of Lake County, IL.
He is a member of the North Oakland County Board of Realtors
and subscribes to the MI-RealSource and Real Comp II Ltd.

Gary was honorably discharged after four years of active
duty as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corp. He
is married with three children, one grandchild. Gary enjoys
working on his 1959 Buick Invicta Convertible, riding
his motorcycle, camping, and softball.
