Matthew M. Bosanic is a full-time, state licensed
Real Estate Appraiser. He has assisted in and completed
over 1,300 appraisals to date including single family
detached dwellings, condominiums, and 2-4 family income
properties. He has experience in single family income
properties including Operating and Income Statements and
Rent Comparable Schedules. Assignments have covered Wayne,
Oakland, Macomb and St. Clair Counties. Matt also works
with Synergy Appraisal out of Denver, CO.
Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accounting
from Bob Jones University. He is a member of the North
Oakland County Board of Realtors and subscribes to the
MI-RealSource and Real Comp II Ltd. multiple listing services.
G.E. Appraisal Service has all-digital capabilities, using
ACI Development Rapid Forms Software for Windows. Matt
has completed and met all requirements for the State of
Michigan appraiser license.
Matt is married with one son. He enjoys camping, fishing,
and riding his motorcycle.
